Who took the lampost?

Parking

There’s no car park as such at LBC, but there is plenty of on street parking and we try to reserve the area right in front of the church for individuals with limited mobility.

What should I expect at the service?

The services feature contemporary worship, led by our worship band and last about 70-90mins.   They are quite loud, but not painfully so!  The first half is a mixture of singing and prayer, followed by the preacher for the day exploring a passage from scripture.

The morning service is at 10:30am and the evening at 6pm.  Our worship band usually consists of guitars, keys, vocals, drums, bass and occasionally cajon {or any mixture of the above}.  There is invariably a chance to chat and meet people after the morning service, with tea and coffee in the hall. There is no dress code, with most people coming in smart casual clothing.

New Family…?

We pride ourselves on being family friendly and especially at the 10:30am service there are kids of all ages – a great place to make new friends if you’re that age. The children start in the main service, and leave after the second worship set for Junior Church. All the people running Junior Church are trusted members who have been vetted through Disclosure Scotland. Contact Joel for more details.
